Colum

Director

Colum is the RI (Responsible Individual) for the Nursery. His main role within the setting is dealing with Customer + Supplier accounts as well as the property management and strategic planning for future growth. Colum works closely with the nursery “management team” on recruitment and staff development.

He operates an “open door policy” to both customers and employees alike.

Emma

Nursery Manager

My name is Emma. I have worked in the childcare industry or with children and families for over 10 years now from Nursery Nurse, running as part of a children’s class franchise and social care industry. Working with and alongside families is my passion. I attended a Welsh primary, have a Level 3 Childcare and management qualification, Transition to Playworks, Fire Marshal and much more to support my role. I love how no day is the same when children and families are involved.

Bethan

Nursery Manager

My name is Bethan and I have over 5 years experience with a range of ages. I have completed a BA hons degree in Children’s learning and development and Playworks level 3.

I have also have paediatric first aid, food hygiene, infection control, safeguarding and prevent duty.
I have a big passion for being hands on with the children and to support their well-being and development. My aim is to improve the children’s learning and development throughout the nursery.

Emma

Nursery Manager

My name is Emma and I’m a fluent Welsh speaker. I have over 22 years experience working with children aged 6 months – 12 years. During my 15 years in a bilingual primary school, I completed my Higher Level Teaching Assistant status and became the Welsh Nursery class leader.

I thoroughly enjoyed this role which helped me to gain experience in management. I have experience in WellComm, Thrive, Autism awareness, Epi pen training and New Curriculum training plus many more.

I look forward to having lots of ‘hwyl a sbri’ with the children!
